Our terms and conditions apply to the whole of content of our website which can be found at www.hellyhansen-workwear.com ("WEBSITE"), any orders that you place through the website ("ORDERS") and for any goods displayed on our website ("GOODS") as well as any correspondence via e-mail between ourselves and you the customer. Please read the terms and conditions in detail before using the site or placing an order from the site. Using this website or placing an order indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. A. INTRODUCTION
A.1: You can gain admission to most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. However certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register with us. Registration is required before placing an Order.
A.2: Accessing any part of this Website or by placing an Order, you shall be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept our terms and conditions in full, you must leave this Website immediately. Our terms and conditions apply every time you buy Goods from the Company. No other terms and conditions shall apply to any transaction between you and the Company.
A.3: All Orders are deemed to be an offer to purchase the Goods and are subject to availability, pursuant to these terms and conditions. When your Order is received by the Company, the Company will send an acknowledgement of your Order to you. Only when your Order is accepted by the Company and the Company communicates this to you in writing will a binding contract be formed between you and the Company.
A.4: The Company may from time to time revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting. You should check this section of our Website to review the now current terms and conditions, because these terms are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may however be superseded by designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website.
A.5: Nothing in our Conditions shall affect your normal statutory UK rights.

B. PRICE AND PAYMENT
B.1 The price of all Goods shall be the price displayed on the Website. We endeavour to keep the Website error free, however on occasion pricing errors may occur. If the Company discovers such an error after you have placed an order, the Company sales office will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct error free pricing detail.
B.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT, which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date that you pay for the Goods, but exclude the cost of handling and delivery which shall be paid by you. Further, information on the Company´s delivery charges here.
B.3 In the event that the Goods that you order are not available, we reserve the right to offer you substitute goods of equivalent quality and price. All returned sale or special offer items will be refunded via a credit note to the customers account. This may be taken against future purchase of an equal or higher value. This credit must be used by the customer within 12 months of issue for it to retain value with the company.
B.4 You can pay for the Goods using any credit or debit card, except JCB and all types of American Express.
B.5 Euro prices show on the site are approximations and for your information only.
B.6 Title: Until goods are paid for in full ownership remains with H H Distribution Logistics Ltd t/a Helly Hansen Workwear UK
B.7 Payment: Card details are required with your order. Your card will only be charged for items that are available to dispatch. Any item not in stock at the point of ordering will only be charged to your card when the product(s) is dispatched to you.
B.8 Prices: Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Prices also exclude carriage unless the order exceeds £95 excl VAT for UK Mainland delivery. Orders which do not reach this amount will be charged carriage as set out clearly on this web site. Prices charged will be those ruling at date of dispatch. All previous deals and promotions will end upon publication of the current web site. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
C. DELIVERY
C.1 Company will deliver the Goods to the address you gave when you registered on the Website, unless you specify that the Goods are to be delivered to another address when placing your order, provided that it is within the United Kingdom. The Company will not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom until it has received payment for the Goods in cleared banked funds.
C.2 The Company will endeavour to dispatch Goods ordered within 2 working days of an order being accepted by the Company and deliver them within 3-7 working days, but please allow up to a maximum 28 days for delivery. If the Company not able to deliver the Goods within this period, it will inform you of this fact and reimburse any sums already paid by you within 28 days.
C.3 The risk in the Goods will pass to you the customer as soon as they are delivered.
C.4 General: All products sold are subject to availability. When re-purchasing the same item please be aware that we have made every effort to ensure that a style is recreated in line with previous manufactured batches. However there may be slight variations in colour shades or styles.
D. RETURNS
D 1: You have a right to return Goods to us within 21 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied, provided they are returned in their original packaging and have not been used in any way In the event, that you do return any Goods to us, the Company will refund in full any money that you have paid excluding return carriage cost as soon as possible but please allow 28 days.
D.2 Worn/Faulty Returns Due to strict health and safety regulations all used clothing must be washed before you send it back to us. If we receive goods that are not clean we will have to send them back to you as we will be unable to inspect the item(s).
D.3 If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
E. AUTHORIZATION / LICENCE / PREMISSION
E.1 We are happy for you to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use but only on the following basis:
E.1.1 no documents or related graphics on this Website can be modified or manipulated in any way;
E.1.2 no graphics or images from this Website may be used separately from accompanying text.
E.1.3 Helly Hansen and Helly Hansen Workwear company's copyright and trade mark and registered trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
E.2 unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property and copyright and other rights in all material on this Website (including photographs and graphical images) are owned by the Company and or its licensors or partners.
