We guarantee to replace or credit any goods, which aren´t suitable for what ever reason.
Just follow the instructions set out in the returns process.

We guarantee full warranty support on all items.
Just contact us; by email on sales@hellyhansen-workwear.com if you have a warranty problem. All of our clothing is covered by the normal manufacturer´s warranty.
We guarantee that we will only charge your card when your goods are despatched.
Your card will not be charged until your goods are despatched. If your order is despatched in multiple consignments, we will only charge for each one as it is despatched.

About our delivery service
- Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £95 excl VAT for UK Mainland.
- Orders under £95 excl VAT will incur a £5.95 Handling & Delivery charge.
- Channel Islands standard delivery will incur a £5.95 Handling & Delivery charge, allow up to 14 days.
What delivery method does Helly Hansen Workwear use?
We use fast courier services for all deliveries. This means that your goods will usually arrive 3 -7 working days for most of the UK mainland. In some cases delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
The despatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
If your order consists of products with multiple delivery times, we reserve the right to consolidate your order and ship in one consignment. If you wish to split the delivery this will in cure additional shipping cost.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. Please note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
